About Strumskis Kitchens

I help homeowners plan and deliver their kitchen renovation with clarity and confidence. As an independent kitchen consultant, project manager, and installer, my role is to guide clients from the earliest planning stage — helping them make informed decisions before costly commitments are made.

Kitchen renovations are complex projects and significant investments. Once work begins, mistakes become expensive and difficult to correct. I focus on bringing structure, common sense, and real installation experience to the process, so clients know where to start, what to look for, and how to avoid the most common and costly errors.

Built on Real Kitchen Installation Experience

My approach is built on years of hands-on kitchen installation and practical project management. I don’t work from theory or showroom sales processes — I work from real on-site experience.

Over the years, I’ve encountered and solved the problems that often derail kitchen projects. Earlier in my career, I made the same mistakes many professionals make while learning — trusting drawings that didn’t reflect real buildings, underestimating preparation work, and seeing how small early decisions can cause major issues later. Those lessons now benefit my clients.

Because I’ve already made those mistakes, my clients don’t have to. Every recommendation I give is based on experience earned on site, not assumptions.

Independent Advice and Structured Kitchen Project Management

I offer three clear ways of working, depending on how much support you want:

  • Independent kitchen consultation — reviewing layouts, kitchen quotes, scope of work, sequencing, and technical decisions before you commit

  • Kitchen project management — structured guidance and coordination through planning and key project stages

  • Full kitchen installation — a complete service delivered with careful planning, clear communication, and accountability

I can also supply kitchens and appliances where appropriate, allowing planning, supply, and installation to work together seamlessly. However, advice is never driven by sales targets or commission. Clients are free to engage me for advice only, management, installation, or a complete service.

A Personal, Accountable Approach

When you work with me, you deal directly with one person throughout the project. I’m easy to reach, responsive to calls and messages, and personally involved at every stage. Questions are encouraged, decisions are explained clearly, and nothing is rushed or left unclear.

I care deeply about every kitchen project I take on. Each one represents my standards, my reputation, and my pride in the work. Every job is effectively my business card — and I approach it with that level of responsibility.

Who This Is For

My approach suits clients looking for independent kitchen advice, structured project management, or high-quality installation — and who value clear planning, honest communication, and well-managed decisions over sales pressure.

If you want your kitchen renovation planned properly from the start, with fewer surprises and better control, this approach will feel right.
