You are free to proceed with any fitter, showroom, or supplier after the consultation. My role is to give you clarity and confidence, not to sell you a kitchen.

Kitchen Project Management

Kitchen project management is for clients who want ongoing guidance and structure without handing over full installation.

I support you by:

  • Structuring decisions and timelines

  • Coordinating preparation and sequencing

  • Reviewing progress at key stages

  • Helping avoid delays, conflicts, and unnecessary costs

This service keeps your project organised and controlled, especially where multiple trades or suppliers are involved.

Full Kitchen Installation

For clients seeking a complete solution, I provide full kitchen installation, with the supply of all kitchen components carefully integrated into the project. Many clients prefer this approach, as it allows planning, supply, and installation to work seamlessly together.

Supply is optional. You can use my services for advice or management alone, or combine them with supply and installation for a fully integrated approach.

I take on a limited number of installations to maintain quality, focus, and accountability.
